Friday is the hands-on engineer. She reads Plane tasks, researches the codebase, writes an implementation plan, executes changes, runs TypeScript and lint checks, then pushes a branch and awaits review. She delegates UI to Stark, backend to Hulk, and design to Shuri when tasks are domain-heavy.
